Return/Exchange Policy
We accept responsibility for our own mistakes and will do our best to rectify any errors or issues we are responsible for. Rustic Waters offers a free replacement if you receive a product that’s damaged or contains a manufacturing error. Simply contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo of each product showing the issue. Once approved, we’ll email you a postage-paid return label that you can download and print. Once your return is received, your replacement order will arrive within 5-10 days.
