Return/Exchange Policy

We accept responsibility for our own mistakes and will do our best to rectify any errors or issues we are responsible for. Rustic Waters offers a free replacement or a refund if you receive a product that’s damaged or contains a manufacturing error. Simply contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo of each product showing the issue.

You are responsible for providing correct information when placing an order. If your billing address or payment details are incorrect, your order may not be placed or fulfilled. If you provide an incorrect mailing address, your product may not arrive at your intended destination.

Most orders are typically delivered within 5-10 days from the initial order date. Mail carriers are responsible for orders damaged during delivery and for correctly addressed orders delivered to the wrong address.

Colors look differently on a phone or computer than when printed. We are not responsible for colors that look different than you expected.

Size charts are provided in the listing description of each Product that comes in various sizes. We are not responsible for Products that do not fit.
