Overview
This Affiliate Policy outlines the guidelines for eligible lake organizations (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates”) to participate in our Affiliate Program and receive commissions when their Affiliate Products are purchased on this website.
Eligibility
Organization Type: Non-profit lake organizations, lake conservation groups, and community associations focused on lake preservation and environmental efforts are eligible to apply.
Application Process: Interested organizations must submit an application form agreeing to the program’s terms and conditions. Approved organizations will need to set up a PayPal account to receive commission payments and sign a copyright release form granting us the rights to use artwork provided by the organization.
Partnership Details
Affiliate Commissions: Affiliates will receive a commission on purchases of any product featuring their artwork sold on our website. If a customer includes products from multiple Affiliates in their purchase, each Affiliate will earn commissions on their products only.
Marketing and Promotion
Affiliates may promote their products by sharing links to individual product pages and/or a link to a specific lake featuring their products.
Financial Aspects
Commission Calculation: Affiliate commissions shall be equal to 30% of the retail prices of the Affiliate’s Products. Retail prices will be set by Rustic Waters and may be changed at any time to reflect changes in production costs, shipping costs, payment processing costs, and target store revenue. Rustic Waters’s current pricing model sets retail prices individually for product variations so that a target revenue amount remains after production, shipping, processing, and commission expenses to pay for operational expenses.
Rustic Waters may change its pricing model and will notify Affiliates of any significant changes.

Shipping and sales tax is built into each retail price. The consumer does not pay additional shipping charges during checkout. Affiliates are responsible for paying sales taxes on the full retail price of each product if required by any taxing jurisdictions.
Payment Schedule: Affiliate commissions shall be paid automatically via PayPal once a customer completes a purchase.
Terms and Conditions
Duration of Partnership: Participation in our Affiliate Program may be terminated at any time by the Affiliate or Rustic Waters.
